If TaxPlnr Pro isn't for you, email support@example.com from your registered address within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full ₹49 to your original payment method. Refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in 5–7 working days.
The plan is a low-cost annual membership, so refunds aren't available after the 7-day window — but you can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any email, and your key remains valid till expiry.
If money was deducted but your membership didn't activate, it usually auto-reverses within 5–7 working days. If not, send your payment ID to support@example.com and we'll fix it or refund immediately. Duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
There's nothing to cancel — the plan never auto-renews. It simply lapses after 365 days unless you choose to renew.
